Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists for experienced and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants to care for a child with complex medical needs within their own home in the Spalding area. We are looking for carers who have worked extensively with sick children, it is essential that you have had previous experience working with children who have complex needs such as tracheostomy and gastrostomy care needs and/or ventilated children. The successful applicants will ideally live within an hour\'s travelling time of Spalding and the role will include nights and weekends, so applicants must be flexible with their working hours. We are looking for people that have first class communication skills, a confident clinical ability and an appreciation of the social aspects of working in a homecare setting.
